What it is

Wayfinding signs help people find their way to places like downtown, parks and parking. The Town has not published a detailed plan for this project.

In December 2024, Council set $3,100 for Phase 1 in 2025, and $50,000 for Phase 2 in 2028.

Staff reported in fall 2025 that Phase 1 would not go ahead in 2025. On December 17, 2025, Council decided not to carry the money into the new budget, and to look at timing and scope again in 2027 (Resolution 25-337, unanimous).
