Four new pickleball courts. The site moved from a tennis court conversion to the Garden Road dog park area.

How the amount breaks down: Dec 2025: $170,000 project, Town maximum $85,000. Feb 2026: Garden Road rough estimate $330,000 including parking. Apr 2026: $250,000 excluding parking, split $125,000 Town and $125,000 club.

The 2026 pickleball budget was reallocated to the Eaglecrest purchase on Jul 23, 2025. The club had $5,000 cash plus $65,000 in pledged funds that could be lost without a clear plan by May 2026.
